Simple Tortilla Pizza - Italian Main course

Ingredients

  • 1 to_taste Spray oil
  • 4 piece Whole wheat tortilla (about 19cm/7½in diameter)
  • 1 clove Garlic (halved)
  • 400 g Chopped tomatoes (preferably with herbs)
  • 0.375 tsp chilli flakes
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 150 g Mozzarella (grated)
  • 1 to_taste Toppings of your choice
  • 150 g Mozzarella (grated)
    Alternative: vegan mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.

  2. Lightly spray a baking tray with oil.

  3. Lay the tortillas on the baking tray and rub each one with the cut side of the garlic.

  4. Spoon the chopped tomatoes onto the tortillas, spreading them out to the edges.

  5. Sprinkle with chilli flakes and oregano.

  6. Top with mozzarella and any other toppings of your choice.

  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden-brown.

  8. Serve immediately.
