Crispy Sweet Chilli Chicken - Asian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast (Cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 0.75 cup Sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil (For cooking)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cornstarch. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the marinated chicken to the hot skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened and caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.

  4. Serve immediately with rice or noodles and your favorite vegetables.
