- 30 g Cheddar cheese (grated)
- 50 g Mushrooms (fried)
- 30 g Spinach (wilted)
- 30 g Feta cheese (crumbled)
- 30 g Ham (chopped)
- 50 g Salad (for serving)
Instructions

Grease the air fryer basket with butter.

Whisk the eggs together in a bowl and season to taste.

Pour the egg mixture into the air fryer basket, then add your choice of fillings.

Air fry at 180°C for 8-10 minutes, or until the omelette is set and golden brown.

Carefully remove the omelette from the air fryer and serve with a green salad.
