Ingredients
- 500 g All-purpose flour
- 320 ml Water
- 1 sachet Yeast
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 10 g Salt
- 2 tbsp Tarragon
- 80 ml Milk
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bread machine.

Set the bread machine to the dough setting and let it run.

Once the dough is ready, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Shape the dough into a ciabatta loaf.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Let cool before slicing and serving.
