Tarragon Ciabatta - Italian Bread

Ingredients

  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • 320 ml Water
  • 1 sachet Yeast
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 10 g Salt
  • 2 tbsp Tarragon
  • 80 ml Milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bread machine.

  2. Set the bread machine to the dough setting and let it run.

  3. Once the dough is ready, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. Shape the dough into a ciabatta loaf.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

  6. Let cool before slicing and serving.
