Ingredients
- 500 g Brioche flour
- 10 g Yeast
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 piece Eggs
- 120 ml Milk
- 250 g Butter
Instructions

Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bread machine.

Add eggs, milk, and melted butter to the dry ingredients.

Start the bread machine on the dough setting.

Once the dough cycle is complete, remove the dough and shape it as desired.

Place the shaped dough in a greased baking pan.

Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
