Turkey breast

Fresh tagliatelle
Alternative: Pasta (penne)

Butter
Alternative: Margarine
- 1 tbsp Olive oil

1 piece
Bouillon cube
Alternative: Vegetable stock cube

200 ml
Liquid cream
Alternative: coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 5 g Tarragon
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions

Cut the turkey breast into strips.

Cook the tagliatelle according to package directions.

In a pan, melt the butter with the olive oil.

Add the turkey strips and cook until browned.

Crumble the bouillon cube over the turkey.

Pour in the liquid cream and add the Dijon mustard and tarragon.

Season with pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.

Drain the tagliatelle and add it to the pan with the sauce. Mix well.

Serve immediately.
