Ingredients
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 150 g Milk chocolate
- 150 g White chocolate
- 100 g Raspberries (for garnish)
- 6 piece Fresh mint (for garnish)
Instructions

Melt each chocolate separately in heatproof bowls over simmering water or in the microwave.

Pour the melted dark chocolate into individual serving glasses or a large bowl.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes to allow the dark chocolate layer to set slightly.

Pour the melted milk chocolate over the dark chocolate layer.

Refrigerate for another 10 minutes.

Pour the melted white chocolate over the milk chocolate layer.

Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or until all layers are firm.

Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves before serving.
