Potato Dumplings - French Main Dish

Ingredients

  • 1000 g Potato
  • 200 g All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them.

  2. In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flour, oil, and salt. Mix well to form a dough.

  3. Shape the dough into small dumplings.

  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the dumplings in the boiling water until they float to the surface.

  5. Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon, fry both sides for a few minutes and serve hot.
