- 1000 g Potato
- 200 g All-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions

Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them.

In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flour, oil, and salt. Mix well to form a dough.

Shape the dough into small dumplings.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the dumplings in the boiling water until they float to the surface.

Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon, fry both sides for a few minutes and serve hot.
