- 500 g Spinach
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 125 g Mozzarella
- 50 g Pine nuts
- 1 piece Eggs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Cook spinach in a pan until wilted. Drain excess water.

In a bowl, mix cooked spinach, crème fraîche, mozzarella, and pine nuts.

Unroll puff pastry and spread spinach mixture evenly over it.

Roll up the puff pastry tightly.

Cut the roll into 1-inch thick slices.

Place slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush each slice with beaten egg.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
