Gourmet and Balanced Tartine - French Main Dish

Ingredients

  • 0.25 piece zucchini
  • 1 slice Ham
    Alternative: tofu
  • 2 tbsp Fromage blanc
    Alternative: Vegan cream cheese
  • 1 slice Baguette
  • 1 tbsp Grated Gruyère cheese
    Alternative: Vegan feta cheese
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 to_taste Spices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Cut the zucchini into thin slices.

  3. Spread Fromage blanc on the baguette slice.

  4. Arrange zucchini and ham slices on top.

  5. Sprinkle with grated Gruyère cheese and spices.

  6. Drizzle with rapeseed oil.

  7. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

  8. Serve immediately.
