Ingredients
- 500 g Prawns
- 2 piece Bell pepper
- 400 g Peeled tomatoes
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 piece red onion
- 0.5 piece Lemon
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 0.5 tsp Salt
Instructions

Peel and devein the prawns.

Dice the bell peppers and red onion.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and red onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add peeled tomatoes, coconut milk, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Add the prawns and cook until pink and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Squeeze lemon juice over the prawns before serving.
