Linguine with Fresh Tomatoes, Mozzarella & Basil - Italian Main Course

Ingredients

  • 320 g Linguine
  • 500 g Fresh tomatoes
  • 250 g Mozzarella
  • 1 bunch Basil (bunch)
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 to_taste Salt
  • 1 to_taste Black pepper
  • 250 g Mozzarella (Vegan option)
    Alternative: vegan mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente.

  2. While pasta cooks, chop fresh tomatoes and mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Drain linguine and return to the pot.

  4. Add chopped tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and olive oil to the pasta.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Gently toss to combine all ingredients.

  7. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
