Tuna Medallion in Cheese Sauce with Capers - Mexican Fish and Seafood

Ingredients

  • 2 piece Tuna steak (medallions)
  • 120 g Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 to_taste Salt
  • 1 to_taste Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season tuna medallions with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Sear tuna medallions for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked to your liking.

  4. Remove tuna from skillet and set aside.

  5. In the same skillet, add cream cheese and cook until melted and smooth.

  6. Stir in capers.

  7. Return tuna medallions to the skillet and coat with the cheese sauce.

  8. Serve immediately.
