- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- 0.5 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 clove Garlic (grated)
- 0.5 tsp Salt
Instructions

Mix lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, cumin, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, grated garlic, and salt in a bowl. Add the pork and marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.

Thread the marinated pork cubes onto skewers.

Grill the skewers on a barbecue or under a hot grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through.
