Ingredients
- 50 g Apricots (dried) (ready-to-eat, chopped small)

Alternative: vegan butter
- 50 g light brown sugar

Condensed milk
(look for tube version)
Alternative: Coconut condensed milk
- 50 g Rolled oats
- 85 g Self-raising flour
Instructions

Heat oven to 150C/130C fan/gas 2. Line a baking tray with parchment. Cut dried apricots into small pieces.

Cream butter and sugar in a bowl until smooth. Add condensed milk and mix well. Stir in oats and apricots, then mix in flour until combined.

Form dough into one ball, divide into 6 portions, shape cookies, and place on tray.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Cool on tray, then serve.
