Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Plain flour
- 1 piece Fresh ginger (finely grated)
- 2 piece Garlic (crushed)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 0.5 piece Lemon (juiced)
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil

Instructions

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and coat in the flour.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over a medium-high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 5-7 mins until golden brown and cooked through.

Add the ginger and garlic to the pan and cook for 1 min more.

Stir in the soy sauce, honey and lemon juice and cook for 2-3 mins until the sauce has thickened and is sticky.

Serve immediately with rice and steamed broccoli.
