- 80 g Hummus
- 0.5 piece Lemon (Juice of)
- 1 oz Cooked mixed grains (Pouch)
- 100 g Baby spinach
- 0.5 piece Avocado

Chicken breast
Alternative: tofu
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 0.25 piece red onion (Finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Toasted almonds
Instructions

Divide hummus between two bowls.

Squeeze lemon juice over the hummus.

Top with mixed grains, spinach, avocado, chicken or tofu, pomegranate seeds, and red onion.

Sprinkle with toasted almonds and serve immediately.
