Rasta Taboule - French Salad

Ingredients

  • 200 g Semolina
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 1 piece Yellow bell pepper
  • 3 piece Tomato
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 bunch Parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the semolina according to package directions.

  2. Dice the cucumber, yellow bell pepper, tomatoes, and onion.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked semolina, diced vegetables, chopped parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  4. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
