Ingredients
- 200 g Semolina
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Yellow bell pepper
- 3 piece Tomato
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Lemon
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 bunch Parsley
Instructions

Cook the semolina according to package directions.

Dice the cucumber, yellow bell pepper, tomatoes, and onion.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked semolina, diced vegetables, chopped parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
