- 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 piece Eggs
- 2 clove Garlic (minced)
- 0.25 cup Basil (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 4 piece Lemon (for serving)
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, lemon zest, basil, salt, pepper, and Parmesan until just combined.

Shape mixture into 16 small meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry meatballs in batches, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through, 12-15 minutes.

Serve warm, garnished with extra basil and lemon wedges.
