Ingredients
- 200 g Sausage
- 150 g Smoked bacon
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Leek
- 1 piece Turnip
- 0.25 piece Cabbage
- 4 piece Potato
- 1 piece Bouquet garni
- 0.5 piece Reblochon cheese
Instructions

Dice the bacon and sausage.

Peel and chop the onion, carrots, turnip, and potatoes.

Slice the leek and cabbage.

In a large pot, combine all the vegetables, bacon, and sausage.

Add water to cover the ingredients, then add the bouquet garni.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

Slice the reblochon cheese and add it to the soup just before serving.

Serve hot.
