Ingredients
- 4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Curry powder
- 200 g tofu
- 0.5 piece Onion (Chopped)
- 2 clove Garlic (Minced)
- 4 cup Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 to_taste Salt
- 1 to_taste Black pepper
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add curry powder and cook for 1 minute more, stirring constantly.

Pour in vegetable broth and coconut milk. Bring to a simmer.

Add tofu cubes to the pot and simmer for 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
