Mexican Caramel Cream - Mexican Dessert

Ingredients

  • 400 ml Sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 ml Unsweetened condensed milk
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 100 g Caramel
  • 0.5 piece Lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C).

  2. Prepare caramel: Pour caramel into the bottom of a baking dish.

  3. In a bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, unsweetened condensed milk, milk, eggs, and vanilla.

  4. Pour the mixture over the caramel.

  5. Bake in a water bath for 45 minutes.

  6. Let cool completely. Invert onto a plate.

  7. Add lime zest for decoration and serve.
