Ingredients
- 250 g Margarine
- 2 Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp coconut
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1 piece Egg yolks (for dough)
- 1 piece Egg whites (for topping)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 baking powder
- 5 cup All-purpose flour (approximately)
- 0 sesame seeds (for topping)
- 0 nigella seeds (for topping)
Instructions

Mix margarine, vegetable oil, coconut, cinnamon, sugar, egg yolk, salt, and baking powder until homogeneous.

Gradually add flour and knead until a non-sticky dough forms.

Take walnut-sized portions, shape into balls, dip first in egg white, then in sesame-nigella mixture, and place on a baking tray.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown.
