Chocolate Oreo Salted Butter Muffins - French Dessert

Ingredients

  • 150 g Chocolate
  • 200 g All-purpose flour
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 50 g Butter
  • 50 g Salted butter
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Liquid cream
  • 12 piece Oreo biscuits
  • 50 g Butter (Substitute:)
    Alternative: Margarine
  • 50 g Salted butter (Substitute:)
    Alternative: Margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and eggs.

  4. Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.

  5. Add the liquid cream and mix until smooth.

  6. Chop the Oreo biscuits into small pieces and add them to the batter.

  7. Fill muffin cups with the batter.

  8. Bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  9. Let cool before serving.
