Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate (broken into pieces)

- 250 g Caster sugar
- 100 g light brown sugar
- 140 g Plain flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g Walnuts (roughly chopped)
Instructions

Heat oven to 180C. Grease and line a 20cm square baking tin.

Melt dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.

Whisk eggs and both sugars together until thick and creamy.

Fold melted chocolate mixture into the eggs, then gently fold in flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

Stir in walnuts, then pour mixture into the prepared tin.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until set with a slight wobble in the center.

Cool completely in the tin before cutting into squares.
