- 2 piece Beef steak (225g each, fridge cold)
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 0 Sea salt
- 0 Black pepper (½–2 tsp, to taste)

- 0 new potatoes
- 0 Baked potatoes
Instructions

Place the air fryer crisper plate inside the drawer. Preheat at 200C for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, coat the fridge-cold steaks with olive oil. Sprinkle each side with salt and ½-2 tsp black pepper, depending on preference.

Place steaks in the hot air fryer basket with space between them. Cook for 4 minutes.

Turn steaks and cook for another 4 minutes for medium-rare. For well-done, add 1 minute per side.

Transfer to warmed plates. Pour over any juices from the air fryer tray. Serve with salad or vegetables and new or baked potatoes.
