Easy Pancakes - British Breakfast

Ingredients

Ingredients for Easy Pancakes
  • 100 g All-purpose flour
  • 2 piece Eggs
    Alternative: Silken tofu
  • 300 ml Milk
    Alternative: Oat milk
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil (plus extra for frying)
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, eggs, milk, 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt until smooth batter forms.

  2. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour a thin layer of batter, tilting pan to spread evenly. Cook for about 1 min until golden underneath.

  3. Flip pancake and cook for 30-60 sec on the other side. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.

  4. Repeat with remaining batter, oiling the pan lightly as needed. Serve warm with sweet or savory toppings.
