Alternative: Silken tofu

Milk
Alternative: Oat milk
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil (plus extra for frying)
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions

Whisk flour, eggs, milk, 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt until smooth batter forms.

Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour a thin layer of batter, tilting pan to spread evenly. Cook for about 1 min until golden underneath.

Flip pancake and cook for 30-60 sec on the other side. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.

Repeat with remaining batter, oiling the pan lightly as needed. Serve warm with sweet or savory toppings.
