- 8 piece European perch fillet (fillets)
- 1 cup dry white wine (glass)
- 67 to_taste chervil
- 67 to_taste Basil
- 67 to_taste Breadcrumbs
- 67 to_taste Salt
- 67 to_taste White pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the perch fillets in a baking dish.

Pour white wine over the fish.

Sprinkle chervil, basil, and breadcrumbs over the fillets.
