Baked Perch with Herbs - Italian Main Course

Ingredients

  • 8 piece European perch fillet (fillets)
  • 1 cup dry white wine (glass)
  • 67 to_taste chervil
  • 67 to_taste Basil
  • 67 to_taste Breadcrumbs
  • 67 to_taste Salt
  • 67 to_taste White pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Place the perch fillets in a baking dish.

  3. Pour white wine over the fish.

  4. Sprinkle chervil, basil, and breadcrumbs over the fillets.

  5. Season with salt and white pepper.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
