- 500 g All-purpose flour
- 1 sachet Baker's yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 300 ml Water

In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.

Gradually add water, mixing until a smooth dough forms.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

Shape the dough into small doughnuts.

Carefully place the doughnuts in the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the doughnuts from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Serve warm, drizzled with cane sugar syrup.
