- 250 g All-purpose flour (For the dough)
- 5 g Salt (For the dough)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil (For the dough)
- 1 sachet Baker's yeast (Fresh baker's yeast, for the dough)
- 125 ml Water (Lukewarm, for the dough)
- 200 g Paris mushrooms (For the topping)
- 4 piece Tomato (For the topping)
- 1 piece Onion (For the topping)
- 1 clove Garlic (For the topping)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil (For the topping)
- 4 piece Ham (slices, for the topping)
- 10 piece Black olives (For the topping)
- 200 g Mozzarella (Mozzarella cheese, for the topping)
Instructions

Prepare the dough: In a bowl, combine flour, salt, olive oil, yeast, and lukewarm water. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Let rest for 1 hour.

Prepare the topping: Slice mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, and garlic.

Preheat oven to 240°C (464°F).

Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet.

Spread tomato sauce (made from fresh tomatoes) over the dough.

Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic.

Arrange ham slices and olives on top.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
