- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 ml Water

Combine coconut flakes, cane sugar, lime zest, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and water in a saucepan.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and begins to crystallize, about 10 minutes.
